Patient has speech delay, when he was at 2.8 years. We noticed he was not mixing with other kids, he is very playful,but plays alone. He had eye contact but not so prominent and ask the things he needs by pointing out his hands or pulling others hands. He always used to go to other people including parents and outsiders. He liked to go to outside and enjoys most when he is outside roaming around. Since then we decided to take him to nearest therapy center, and he was undergoing speeches therapy, occupational therapy and special education. He goes to play school now moved to nursery in this new session. We saw some improvements in last one year. His eye contact is prominent now, he follows simple command, can speak few words specially when he has been asked to do so. Can count from one to 20, but that he does when his madam asked to do, not to us. He knows ABCD and chants by his own but don't says those when we ask him. He still unable to express the urination needs, but when we accompany him in washroom he does. He is not chewing foods and in therapy center they asked to create that habit , we are working at home to build that habit but he is reluctant in chewing foods, but in pressure he does take small piece of ruti or puffed rice ar sometime a piece of biscuit or banana. We follow the massage and other therapy at home 2/3 times regularly, he is very joyful all the time, however sometimes he becomes cranky or create tantram specially when he needs to go out. Recently the therapy doctor evaluated him and in report he says his brain development is little slower. And he has autism of about 3 percent. I will share all the reports
